2013 Newsletter - 1st Quarter



Greetings Sea Pines Friends and Neighbors,

As we go to press with this edition of our newsletter, Sea Pines is busy preparing to host the 2013 RBC Heritage Classic golf tournament, and we are saying goodbye to the many visitors who enjoyed Sea Pines for their Easter and spring break vacations. The azaleas are in full bloom, and the days are sunny and balmy; a beautiful springtime in Sea Pines!

We live in Sea Pines, and so we know first-hand how many Realtor mailings you see, and we are also well aware of the volume of newspaper, magazine and internet Realtor messages you receive. Some agents tout their experience, some recount their recent sales, and some insist that they are “number one” at this or that. Well, you are a Sea Pines owner, and we thought it important for you to know that, according to statistics published by the Multiple Listing Service of Hilton Head Island for the year end of each of the last four years, the following is true as it relates to Sea Pines:


In 2009, Clark, Cramer & Frank closed 29 Sea Pines property transactions, more than any other agent or team.

In 2010, Clark, Cramer & Frank closed 32 Sea Pines property transactions, more than any other agent or team.

In 2011, Clark, Cramer & Frank closed 36 Sea Pines property transactions, more than any other agent or team.

In 2012, Clark, Cramer & Frank closed 66 Sea Pines property transactions, more than any other agent or team.

So far in 2013, Clark, Cramer & Frank closed 13 Sea Pines property transactions, with another 13 under contract, more than any other agent or team.

These transactions included homes, lots and villas, and prices ranging from $199,000 villas to $3,999,000 oceanfront homes. For the past four years, during one of the toughest real estate sales environments on record, Clark, Cramer, & Frank have developed, and continue to develop, marketing plans and buyer identification programs that enable us to consistently close more Sea Pines transactions than any of  our competitors, period.

The five partners of Clark, Cramer & Frank have over 100 years of business and management experience, over 70 years of real estate experience, backgrounds that range from academia to retailing to banking to law, a combined IQ of over 800, and a great sense of humor!

Some of our competitors have been heard to say “well of course they generate those big numbers, there are five of them”. Well that is precisely the point; all of the resources and capabilities of ALL of the partners are available to you, the listing client, during the listing and closing process. From marketing, to pricing, to showing, to negotiating and inspection resolution assistance, we can act as a team in an environment where two or three “heads” are often better than one.  It really is like getting five Realtors for the price of one.
