The demand for Sea Pines beach property is back! We compared recent sales activity with the prior two years, 2008 and 2009.Through April of 2008, seven beach home sales closed, and through April of 2009, six beach home sales closed. In comparison, through April of 2010, ten beach home sales have closed and seven more are under contract awaiting closing. 2010 beach homes sales are clearly off to a great start.

This recent activity has created a need for beach homes in good condition that are properly priced.
