Happy New Year!

The hustle and bustle of shopping, parties and the traditional influx of owners and guests that always accompanies the holiday season here in Sea Pines is now a pleasant memory, and have given way to the calm and solitude that is our usual January. We, at Clark, Cramer & Frank, not only use this time to plan upcoming business strategies, but also use it to reflect on 2010.

2010 was another good year for us, particularly in light of the nation’s overall economic condition. We continued to lead all other agents and teams in the number of transactions closed in Sea Pines, and ranked in the top five of all agents and teams in total Island-wide production.

Being part of the Sea Pines Real Estate group, we are also very proud of the group’s outstanding record of Sea Pines property sales (nearly double that of our closest competitor), and equally proud of the group’s solid third place ranking among all Hilton Head and Bluffton real estate companies for sales in the entire region.

You may have noticed the latest Clark, Cramer & Frank print media campaign in either Hilton Head Monthly or the Island Real Estate magazines. It briefly explains one of the key distinctions that contribute to the Clark, Cramer & Frank record of success; both in terms of transactions closed and satisfied clients. We are unique among our competitors in the way in which we pool the experience and diverse backgrounds of our five principals.
